It really got me so I forgot about time etc. I actually didn't believe in the end that it is already over. The OVA is about 50 minutes long so it's like two anime episodes in one. Hmm yea, not good at all but you know what I mean. all the already known characters and see the good old Hinamizawa again. Kaku is very serious and you can see again everyone (yeah especially Rena and her insane face) covered in blood. The style is similar to the previous Higurashi series but different from OVAs that were more like parodies.
So I watched the first and probably also the last episode and I decided to make this short review for those who are not sure about this OVA.īasically you can think of it as another world where things went bad but this time you will see how everything continued until the end I guess.
